To track any purchase you make on, use your order number and billing ZIP code on the Track Your Order page. This takes you to the Order Details page where you can click the Track Shipment link to find your order’s shipping status. Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place the order.

You can cancel your order any time prior to its shipment. Registered customers can check the order details by clicking on “My Orders”.

Next Page will show you all your existing orders under Order Summary. Click on the Purchase ID you want to cancel, then choose “Cancel Order” next to your Order ID.

For returns, the client will shoulder the responsibility of paying for the shipping fee.

No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an e-mail, explaining the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.
